All Modern Mountain Dulcimers are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the instrument for the original purchaser or until the maker or the purchaser passes on. (These instruments are not guaranteed against ignorance, abuse, carelessness, wearing out, accidents, or acts of God.)

As a rule of thumb, never leave your instrument any place that you would be uncomfortable in your underwear.
